We love our 50 year old New England cape. So much character! So much charm! But we knew we wanted to change some things, and on the very top of my list was our girls bathroom. It’s right next to Eva & Claire’s room and a great size for them, but it was so dark and dreary. Add to that the fact that the (moss green) peel-and-stick-vinyl flooring was peeling up at the corners, and I knew it was time for a clean slate up there.
We wanted this room to be light and bright, feminine, and pretty for the girls. Since I spend a lot of time in there giving baths and supervising tooth brushing, I wanted to make it a space I’d love to be in, too. I’m so excited to share with you our before & after pictures and all of the products we used so that you can get the same look in your own home.

Favorite Bathroom Organizational Pieces
These are some of my favorite bins and containers to use under bathroom and kitchen sinks or in linen closets. They keep everything neatly organized but easily accessible.
I had so much fun renovating our girls bathroom. It really was the eyesore of our house before, and now it is one of my favorite spaces. I hope this gives you some inspiration for your own home!
