Bad Blood by John Carreyou details the silicone valley startup Theranos scandal. We’ve all heard the news stories, but Carreyou really dives deep into the history of the company and how it all unraveled in the end – a total must-read for your hubby in the tech industry or dad who loves a real life thriller.

Radical Candor: Be a Kick-A** Boss Without Losing Your Humanity by Kim Scott is the next book I’m hoisting upon my husband. I love this kind of career development and self improvement crossover – it’s so useful, regardless of your job title. Just $15 for the hardcover copy.

The shape of these Navigator Sunglasses are so classic. A little more square than aviators, great quality, and a good price point.

A bluetooth shower speaker is my husband’s dream come true. Podcasts while showering in the morning, going straight from music on headphones to music in the shower after the gym, answering my calls from the living room while he’s going to the bathroom – what’s not to love??? This one is fully submersible and looks sleek.

Tea Tree Shampoo is on Brett’s perpetual wishlist. He’s not very high maintenance, but he insists that this shampoo is better than the rest. I’ve used it and it really does give the most satisfying tingling sensation. Really great for clarifying oily scalp or getting chlorine out in the summer.

Meat claws look pretty beastly. The best tool for pulling pork at summer barbecues or running at night by yourself. Under $13 and the perfect gift for the grilling master in your life.

I am obsessed with these luxe polos! Brett has them in so many colors, we’ve washed and dried them dozens of times and they’re still in great shape. Plus, these even have these polos in a golf version. Oh, and they are on sale right now! Tom Ford Ombre Leather Cologne is all things warm and inviting – spicy, leathery, and a bit of amber. This one is a really nice night time fragrance for the summer. I also have to admit that I really like the sleek matte black bottle.

I love this Herschel toiletry kit – it’s the perfect size for all travel necessities, super durable, and can be thrown in the washing machine if something spills inside. Folds small when not in use – great for summer travels with your main man.

Apparently, dress sneakers are a thing, and these Cole Haan Leather Dress Sneakers are a great example of why. My husband has always worked in the tech industry and has always had pretty relaxed dress code – these are nice without being too formal. Great with jeans or chinos and can easily transition to weekend wear. This Mesh Strap Watch is a great all-around watch. Brett has one really similar and it’s definitely his most-worn watch. Love the bright blue face on this one and it’s under $80!

Cedar planks – not for home reno but for grilling. Nothing is better than fresh grilled salmon in the summer and these will give you amazing results at home. This set of 12 has free two-day shipping.

I hope you have the best Father’s Day celebrating the amazing men in your life!
